Job Description
- Membina hubungan dengan customer dan memastikan kepuasaan customer
- Memimpin sebuah team & memastikan anggota team bekerja sesuai SOP
- Melakukan coaching kepada anggota team
- Bekerja secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai target
- Menangani keluhan customer sesuai dengan SOP yang ditentukan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan Min.S1 (Berbagai jurusan)
- Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman menjadi Team Leader di bidang Customer Service / Call Center (atau D3 dengan pengalaman minimal 7 tahun sebagai Team Leader)
- Mampu memimpin sebuah Team
- Dapat bekerja secara efektif untuk memenuhi Target
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik (Lisan maupun tertulis)
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Teliti dan dapat bekerja dengan efektif
- Nilai tambah apabila memiliki pengetahuan dalam penggunaan software customer service (CRM, Ticketing system, etc)
- Penempatan: Jakarta Timur
