Job Description
- Membina hubungan dengan customer dan memastikan kepuasaan customer
- Konfirmasi order via telepon (outbound)
- Memastikan data customer akurat
- Menyelesaikan keluhan dari customer dengan SOP yang ditentukan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan Min.D3 (Berbagai jurusan)
- 0 - 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang pelayanan customer
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik (Lisan maupun tertulis)
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Teliti dan dapat bekerja dengan efektif
- Nilai tambah apabila memiliki pengetahuan dalam penggunaan software customer service (CRM, Ticketing system, etc)
- Penempatan: Jakarta Timur
