Job Description
- Research and develop machine learning models for data prediction,
- Collaborate with product management and engineering departments to understand company needs and devise possible solutions
- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Applied Maths, Computer Science or relevant subjects
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years in relevant experience and real world data
- Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers
- Strong background in statistical, machine learning, and deep learning concepts
- 3+ years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, Java) for orchestration and data manipulation
- Good understanding of machine learning techniques such as Neural Networks, Random Forest, etc
- Experience in one or more tools for machine learning solutions such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, etc
- Experience in one or more tools for visualization such as Tableau, Qlik, Google Data Studio, etc
- Experience in one or more tools for Big Data solutions such as Hadoop, Apache, Hive etc
- Experience in one or more tools for Cloud solutions such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud etc
