Job Description
Perform the following tasks:
- Update clients with progress of transaction
- Explain to clients our products, services, and protocols
- Call customers who are unhappy with our service
- Call customers for feedback and recommendations
- Overall Business to Customer coordination
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Patient and understanding in dealing with clients and suppliers
- Strict process orientation and implentation
