Job Description
* Lead the Stellar Naga Site to achieve company and client business objectives
1. Drive account performance to deliver client, employee and shareholder outcomes
2. Develop the leadership team’s capability
3. Deliver operational excellence
4. Deliver communication strategies to ensure employees, the company and the client are informed in true “Open Book Management” style
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years of BPO experience with at least one year Senior Operational management experience
- Managed at least two hundred FTE’s or two accounts simultaneously
- Profit and Loss accountability
