Job Description

  • Provide necessary support as part of client’s contract and purchase order renewal function.
  • Examine and probe with client’s customers to ensure timely renewal of Purchase Orders.
  • Augment necessary fields within the ERP system as part of the renewal process.
  • Provides excellent customer service to client.
  • Lodge monthly data, spreadsheet manipulation, and distribution of proposed rate increases accordingly in the system.
  • Perform contract renewals in SAP system.
  • Examine and follow up with the proper contacts for purchase orders and other data.
  • Creation and distribution of reports; Complete paper vision error report.
  • Creation and send (Mail and/or Fax) using mail merge.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational in any course, a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent in oral and written English communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
  • Prior BPO experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the ticketing system, a strong advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in night shift and on holidays. Weekends Off.
  • Applies job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.
