Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform procurement of:
- IT hardware from manufactures and vendors.
- Software and maintaining software licenses.
- Work on asset management and accounting systems to maintain asset records and POs.
- Ship, receive, and dispose IT equipment.
- Perform inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing.
- Maintain large quantities of new, spare, and parts inventories of IT equipment.
- Maintain minimum and maximum threshold levels of inventories of IT equipment.
- Assist with coordination and logistic of all transportation of IT equipment throughout region.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or at least finished some college courses in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT or Accounting related field.
- Excellent attention to detail while working on accounting systems.
- Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload.
- High level of flexibility.
- Ability to positively respond to changes in work requirements.
- Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential.
- Good technical writing skills to document all work performed.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
