Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Operations' reports and provide analysis of delivery and quality performance.
  • Perform analysis by creating reports, charts, and graphs of findings in support of business operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report the production and quality variances from standard.
  • Provide weekly management reports such as but not limited to:
    • Dashboard
    • Volume and SLA Report
    • SBT Report
    • CIP
    • Gap Analysis
  • Deliver work according to timelines and meeting tight deadlines while working on multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Work on a shifting basis.
    • Work extra hours as necessary to ensure work is completed according to agree upon deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Request assistance and guidance from the Operations Management whenever necessary.
  • Carry out other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Abide by the company's policies and rules and act in a professional manner.
  • Act as interface between the client and Stefanini.
  • Recommend and implement changes to operational processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course.
  • At least 4 years of related work experience.
  • Preferably with experience working in a BPO company.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify solutions, and exercise independent judgment.
  • Knowledge of and advanced skills in using personal computers and their applications such as:
    • MS Excel
    • MS Word
    • MS Access
    • Other basic programs such as the use of internet and computer-based communication tools.
  • Understanding of database tools and languages.
  • Excellent numerical ability.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to take detailed work instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Ability to:
    • Lead and manage projects.
    • Organize work and prioritize tasks.
    • Work independently or with minimum supervision.
    • Work with diverse groups of people throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Trustworthy, honest, and cautious in handling sensitive information and documents and has proven personal and professional integrity.
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticisms.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Patience and flexibility in responding to frequently changing requirements and/or management styles.
