Job Description
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Produce or coordinate the production of all meetings documents
- Follows functional guidance as provided by the Program Manager
- Gather data for analysis as well as prepare reports for or with recommendations
- Coordination of internal and external resources related to IT Service projects
- Maintain multiple Managers’ calendars
- Schedule, coordinate appointments and meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Minimum Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree or comparable knowledge in network related field
- 5 - 7 years’ experience
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Excel , Power Point and database software
- Coordination abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- May require additional project-specific training
