Job Description

  • Conducts an end-to-end cycle of recruitment from opening to closing of candidate’s application; but not limited to searching, calling, qualifying, negotiating, job offer, and placement.
  • Provides recruiting expertise services to support the business needs of respective clients and make a difference in people’s lives by putting them to work in the right industry that matches their qualifications.
  • Works with any clients’ requisition with more than $30/hr bill rate not limited to IT Positions, Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and other Professional skilled positions.
  • Utilizes proactive recruiting techniques and develop industry contacts to hire qualified and talented individuals who not only exhibit the technical skills needed to be a successful contributor but who also mirror our client’s culture and brand.
  • Works as a team to meet common and individual goals.
  • Provides on-going mentorship to less senior staff members on industry’s best practices in Internet research, sourcing, and candidates’ qualification.
  • Successfully executes recruitment strategies and help brainstorm new recruiting techniques.
  • Creatively recruits by developing strategic relationships and a solid network of IT Professionals in the industry.
  • Markets and sells Stefanini’s innovative recruiting ethics and values.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year experience local/ offshore end to end recruitment.
  • Technical background is a plus.
  • Call Center or Inside Sales background is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Proficiency with the internet.
  • Computer skills.
  • Exceptional phone and telecommunication skills.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy outbound and inbound call volume.
  • Goal oriented and a dedicated team player.
  • Has aggressive career expectations to move to another level.
