Job Description
- Design, document, develop, test and deploy complex, scalable, highly available and reusable applications
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and architects to understand business requirements.
- Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
- Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Code and test programming for in-house software programs
- Debug code for existing programs based on the immediate need
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software
- Implement systems in-house production environment
- Report issues and concerns immediately to Development Head
- Troubleshoot system bugs and issues
- Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and performs debugging when necessary
- Ensure direct communication over email, chats, and ticketing chain to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments on time and of quality
- Adhere to organization administrative policies
- Support business operations as necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of developing software using Java
- Experienced in Java EE technologies and in the following frameworks:

- Spring (Core)

- Spring WS

- Spring REST

- Spring JDBC

- Spring Boot

- Hibernate

- Maven
-
- Jasper Reports
- Knowledgeable in frontend development such as HTML, Javascript, CSS, AngularJS, NodeJS
- Knowledgeable in DB related technologies such as SQL DDL statements, SQL DML queries, Triggers, Stored Procedure, Replication, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
- Knowledgeable in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Good written and verbal communication
