• Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
• Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Responsible in screening, interviewing, and administering tests to applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with related work experience
- Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects
- Must possess a strong desire to optimize procedures with strong attention to details
- PROFICIENCY in statistical analysis, computer, and software skills is REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and ability to learn technology quickly is REQUIRED
- Must have good reporting skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in BGC,Taguig
