- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports
- Review site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met
- Control on site and off site vendor inspectors
Minimum Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Preferably with PRC license
• Must have an extensive experience in Implementation works preferably in large telecom projects-experience in OSP works both indoor and outdoor
• Knowledgeable in pole erection works for OSP, including catenary and tensile design and its associated guying/support cables particularly for FTTX, SLI, MDU
• Familiar with OSP design work procedures including preparation of complete site survey report and bill of materials
