Job Description
- Primary duty will be assisting various clients/accounts/customers through phone, emails, and or social media, ensuring that customers receive quality services;
- Product recalls
- Selling of products and services
- Placing or cancelling orders
- Suggesting solutions for product malfunctions
- Handling incoming or outbound calls by answering queries and providing customer services.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least high school graduate, vocational graduate, or graduate of any 4-year college course
- With or without experience
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati/Pasay
