Job Description
- Conducts interviews and assessments for prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies or job requirements.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in different job portals.
- Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications ; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices.
- Conducts orientations for newly hire employees.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities,trainings, or seminars.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in Recruitment is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Tarlac or in Clark, Pampanga.
- Willing to start immediately.
