Job Description
- Drives team compliance by checking all on boarding data entries are complete and accurate before the deadline.
- Consults with the business partners and analyzes cross functional data to identify business improvement opportunities and potential projects.
- Challenges the status quo and constantly seeks continuous improvement for all TA processes, initiatives,ways of working, etc.
- Serves as the subject matter for TA related metrics.
- Benchmarks key measures against external industry, region and “best in class” peers and applies best practice research to identify links between human capital and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years professional experience in analytics with exposure and understanding of reporting, workforce analytics, and TA analytics tools and technology.
- Experience in MS Excel, Macro Development and data analysis is REQUIRED
- High communication skills with ability to present complex data in logical, concise and insightful ways to all levels of management and leadership.
- Passion for empirical research and qualitative research.
