Job Description
- Drives team compliance by checking all on boarding data entries are complete and accurate before the deadline.
- Consults with the business partners
- Analyzes cross-functional data to identify business improvement opportunities and potential projects.
- Challenges the status quo.
- Sonstantly seeks continuous improvements for all TA processes, initiatives,ways of working, etc.
- Serves as the subject matter for TA related metrics.
- Benchmarks key measures against external industry, region, and “best in class” peers.
- Applies best practice research to identify links between human capital and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- 2 years professional experience in analytics.
- Exposure to and understanding of the following:
- Reporting
- Workforce analytics
- TA analytics tools and technology
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to present complex data.
- Passionate in empirical research and qualitate research.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Macro Development, and data analysis.
