Sr. Reporting Specialist  

• Drive team compliance by checking all on boarding data entries are complete and accurate before the deadline.
• Consult with the business partners and analyze cross-functional data to identify business improvement opportunities and potential projects.
• Challenge the status quo and constantly seek continuous improvement for all TA processes, initiatives, ways of working, etc.
• Serve as the subject matter for TA related metrics.
• Benchmark key measures against external industry, region, and “best in class” peers.
• Apply best practice research to identify links between human capital and business performance.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years professional experience in analytics with exposure and understanding of reporting, workforce analytics, and TA analytics tools and technologies.
• Experience in MS Excel, Macro Development, and Data Analysis.
• High communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data in logical, concise, and insightful ways to all levels of management and leadership.
• Passion for empirical research and qualitative research.
