Job Description
- Provide operational and system support for business users using SAP ERP & BI systems.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts (business blueprint) to provide direction to SAP ERP & BI system configuration team with support from senior team members
- Coordinate and perform in-depth testing, including end-user acceptance testing, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
- Transport configuration changes to the production environment after approval from Change Control Board.
- Create end user documentation of the end to end business processes.
- Train (train the trainer concept) key users on business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance or Engineering and Appropriate SAP qualifications required.
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP environment
- Hands on experience with SAP-related project implementation and maintenance
- Full project life cycle experience of implementing SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/BCS/BI-IP modules in a multinational environment.
- Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the group operating model, and the implications in one area have on other functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
