Job Description

  • Prepare job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • Screen, interview, and administer tests to applicants.
    • Notify existing staff of internal opportunities.
    • Maintaining personnel records.
    • Obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
  • Substantiate applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests.
  • Schedule examinations by coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare job offers and assist in completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain human resources records by:
    • Recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases.
    • Tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least Bachelor’s/ College degree preferably a graduate of Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with work related working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
