Job Description
- Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
- Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or its equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC Taguig.
- Can start ASAP.
