Job Description

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages.
  • Route and distribute incoming mail and email.
  • Use computer Word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents.
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
  • Answer routine letters and email.
  • Reply and attach files to incoming messages.
  • Operate fax machines, videoconferencing and phone systems, and other office equipment.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a graduate of any four-year course but preferably a graduate of any Business related course.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Office Admin Assistant is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
