Job Description
- Deal with providing administrative support to Heads.
- Perform administrative support functions such as routing documents, filing, and preparing reports.
- Maintain files and records.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business related courses.
- Preferably with at least 6 months related work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office appliccations.
- Organized and keen to details.
