Job Description
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance programs.
- This includes all air conditioning units, Genset, and other equipment.
- Control the total maintenance, security, and safety of the facility.
- Inspect assigned facility space and fixtures for deterioration, cleanliness, and orderliness.
- Suggest cost-effective solution.
- Assist and monitor contractors when rendering their services.
- Perform other related assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in Bulding, Wiring, and Aircondition Maintenance.
- Undergraduates and Vocational graduates with relevant experience will also be considered for the position.
- Willing to take the initial interview in Makati.
- Willing to work in LISP, Cabuyao, Laguna.
