Job Description
- Perform call out function to new and existing clients
- Monitor and ensure completion of account requirements
- Support card / product usage through promotion of marketing programs/initiatives
- Handle correspondences for account advise and follow thru
- Handle customer inquiries and provide them with necessary information
- Provides fast and efficient assistance to address service gaps
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed
- Participate in familiarization program initiatives of the client
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Work related experience is an advantage
- Must have a solid sense of customer-orientation. Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills; can build rapport with various levels of the organization
- Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Has value and concern for accuracy
- Has a high regard for integrity
- Should be resourceful and can adapt to various situations
- Quota-driven
- Willing to extend hours, work on weekends and holidays
