Job Description
- Coordinate with Warehouse items required to be delivered within the day
- Ensure items received are safely unloaded and placed in the designated staging area
- Receive complete set of delivery documents from Warehouse and counter check vs. physical items
- Always follow set-up guide during deployment to hotel rooms
- Supervise unpacking of FFE for safety monitoring
- Guide the Set-up Assistants where they will transfer the FFE
- Collect scrap from unpacking and coordinate pick up and transfer to central collection
- Ensure to clean and remove any residues of plastics, paper, boxes, etc. along the hallways
- Coordinate with Elevator operator during set-up operation
- Inspect the placed FFE in each hotel room and counter check if item codes are correct based on checklist
- Report any scratches or damages should there be any, but at all times must ensure safe and secured transfers to avoid any unlikely incidents
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be a graduate of any vocational course or any 4 year course
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Candidates must have 1-2 years experience in supply chain
