Job Description
To provide assistance to all phone-in related inquiries and requests regarding, but not limited to: customer assistance, customer complaints, in-patient and out-patient verification, membership status, etc. and to coordinate with other departments if necessary to address such concerns
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field, preferably medical-related
- No work experience required.
- Knowledgeable in customer assistant, call center handling
- Above average communication skills
- Organized with good interpersonal relation skills
- Confident in dealing with various personalities.
- 15 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
- Must be willing to be assigned in an HMO in Manila
