Job Description
Customer Care Assistant will provide assistance to all phone-in inquiries and requests regarding, but not limited to- customer assistance, customer complaints, in-patient and out-patient verification, membership status, etc. He will coordinate with other departments, if necessary in order to address such concerns. Also, he is expected to do other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be graduate of any 4-year Medical courses
- Candidates must have above average communication skills
