Job Description
- Analyze process models and determine the necessary changes for constant improvement.
- Document procedures and present new designs for discussion.
- Apply knowledge on operational improvement and facilitate problem-solving workshops and trainings to initiate changes.
- In charge of logistics including preparation of training materials, room reservations, scheduling, and the like.
- Lead or support operational efficiency or other projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
- Candidate must have a background in Marketing as position is heavy on promoting new processess and improvement of systems.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving skills, must be proficient in process mapping and business process reengineering, and must be comfortable with delivering presentations or conducting workshops.
- No work experience required.
