Job Description
- Answer phone calls to deliver the resolution to customers' concerns.
- Provide solution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Escalate concerns that are not part of his/her job scope.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong desire to deliver quality customer service.
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to accept a PHP16000 to PHP18000 salary offer.
