Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must strictly be a graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
  • With approximately one (1) year of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Treasury
  • Knowledgeable in GAAP & Accounting standards
  • Knowledge in Tax Laws and regulations for proper tax compliance and processing of government reportorial requirements (SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig, Philhealth)
  • Preferably with work experience in an auditing firm or with good background of strong adherence to internal controls and to accounting standards
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills, good in documentation, hardworking, patient and can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be of good moral character
  • Knowledge in the use of Oracle systems & applications is an advantage
  • Proficient in microsoft excel
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
Job Description
  • Involvement (in varying degrees) in all aspects of financial statement preparation;
  • Participation in different accounting functions
  • Recording of collections (receipt slips)and processing of payments (payments slips/ vouchers);
  • Analysis of receivables and payables including accruals of expenses
  • Preparation and manual filing/e-filing of tax returns
  • Processing/ checking as well as analysis of advances to officers and employees account
  • Checking of liquidation and validation of supporting documents
  • Analysis of accounting schedules
  • Variance analysis and preparation of management reports for analysis of accounts / project performance/ decision making of Management
