Job Description
2 vacancies for Makati and 2 vacancies for Greenhills, San Juan
As an HR Scheduler, the candidate will:
- Schedule applicants for interview in the bank's head office
- Perform callouts and invites from the job portal pool
- Assist the recruitment team in placing on-going job orders
As an HR Test Admin, the candidate will:
- Administer examinations to applicants
- Check and interpret the exams
- Log the results of the examinations
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
- With Certificate of Graduation or Transcript of Records
- Must be willing to start as soon as possible
- Applicants with NBI and Medical clearance will be prioritized
