About the Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to design and deliver StackTrek’s marketing initiatives. You will organize creative campaigns and be responsible for our social media content and other marketing materials that can make a difference for our company’s success.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing. He/she must bring a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our product, services and public image in the digital domain.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the our target customers/users interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our rapid growth.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities are:

• Channel Strategy: Design and monitor traffics from various online channels, and design initiatives to expand our reach, and improve conversion rate
• Content Strategy: Responsible for all website content for creating inbound online marketing campaigns and implementing content strategy to ensure all objectives are met
• SEO/SEM: Ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimizing website and content for Search Engine Optimization and/or Search Engine Marketing helps to drive relevant traffic to their website
• Brand Marketing: Managing the company's online presence
• Communication: Liaise with internal and external business/social contacts to follow up on inquiries and build necessary relationship networks

Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management:

• Actively maintain the email marketing calendar and execute production schedule to ensure timely delivery of emails, while adhering to the company’s style guides
• Daily monitoring/answering of enquiries received through chat/email

• Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and Mass Communication or any related field
• At least 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Solid experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, distribution/channel strategies and data analytics
• Understanding in Content Management Systems, Google Ads, Social Media Platforms
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Proven track record portfolio is a must
