Job Description
- Conduct of regular inspection and evaluation of ancillary units.
- Coordinates with contractors for ancillary unit concerns for documentation.
- Implementation of required rectification or repair all you can projects.
- Forwarding of endorsement of areas ready for occupancy to concerned parties.
- Follow-up availability of requested materials.
- Securing of the workplace as indicated in the work permit.
- Implementation of coordination and monitoring of incidental work to the assigned Job Requisition Slip up to completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Project Design and Building Maintenance.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- CAD-Sketch Up literate
- Project Management Skills
- Proficient in composition and letter writing
