The Collections Manager is task to manage and direct overall operations in Collection Department.
- Set objectives to include the collection account of self-pay client/patient, monitor and prevent delinquent accounts
- Supervise associates in the proper discharge of respective functions and responsibilities
- Will analyze and evaluate client/patient before admission or confinement and
- Check and verify eligibility and benefits of a client/patient’s financial information to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements
Minimum Qualifications

Proven solid work experience in Credit and Collection

Control, review, approve credit, and evaluate collection process

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Assertive, with pleasing personality and trustworthy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Financial software applications

Hands on experience with statistical analysis and packages

Knowledge of SAP

Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills

BS degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

Work experience in Healthcare Industry is an advantage
