Job Description
To provide the Nursing Unit administrative and technical support in implementing quality patient care by assisting the Staff Nursres and other Nursing Unit associates in the performance of nursing and clinical procedures, strict observance of relevant operational policies and procedures, performing basic housekeeping and providing bedside services when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Anticipates and attends to patient and his significant others’ needs.
- Adheres to instructions issued by his/her superiors prioritizing work according to patient care requirements and needs of the unit.
- Performs duties in accordance with the routines, methods and techniques, and in compliance with the recognized policies, procedures standards and practices of the hospital.
- Collaborates with other staff members to ensure maximum patient care and completeness of assignments.
- Performs related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a completed a 2 year course degree, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Nursing, Others or equivalent.
- Vocational degree in Caregiving or HC II
- Has good moral character
- Must have a pleasing personality
- Must be physically fit
- Must have high tolerance to stress and willing to work in shifts
- Knowledge and abilities in basic nursing care
- Has good English communication skills, both written and oral
- Computer literate
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
