Job Description

  • Responsible for the proper administration and quality of the Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) courses that Instructors and Training Sites provide.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the ITC, Training Sites and Instructors.
  • Provides aligned Instructors and Training Sites with consistent and timely communication of any new or updated information about National, Regional or ITC policies, procedures, course content and administration that could potentially affect an instructor while carrying out own responsibilities.
  • Serves as the principal resource for information, support and quality control for all AHA ECC instructors aligned with the ITC.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in any Medical or Paramedical Field
  • At least 2-years work experience in handling Learning and Development programs
  • Computer literate, good verbal and written communications skills, familiar with medical terms and acronyms, ability to relate effectively with different customers or patients, medical and non-medical associates in the organization
  • Knowledge in planning, finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control procedures; Basic Program Facilitation and Presentation Skills, Operational Planning and Assessment, Conducting Needs Analysis, Designing and Evaluating Programs; Strong leadership skills and mobilizing a team
