Job Description
The Organizational Development Manager (ODM) acts as the Organizational Development Liaison and Advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the organization. The ODM plans, develops, implements, and administers HR programs pertaining to Table of Organization, Job Description, and Process Improvement. This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
- Formulate and implement approved OD action plans for the section.
- Implement approved deviations to plan and schedules, with necessary coordination with the units concerned.
- Assign technical tasks / jobs to OD Assistants.
- Provide feedback to unit heads on recommendatory development plans for units / departments / individuals.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree, Post Graduate diploma, or a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience in providing consulting, advocacy, and training services to organizations, either on internal or external client-consultant relationship.
- Ability to conduct the wide variety of programmed procedures for conducting the OD process at all levels (training skills, action research, diagnosis, and computer data analysis).
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
