Job Description
- Accomodate medical needs of SLMC-GC associates, doctors, executives, and staff.
- Formulates appropriate nursing diagnoses based on assessment data and implements Integrated Care Plan safely and effectively utilizing evidence-based nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with all patient care units on the holistic management of associates
- Accurately documents nursing care rendered to associates while maintaining integrity, safety, access and security.
- Abides by established norms in the nursing practice based on the Philippine Nursing Law and other legal, regulatory and international requirements essential to safe nursing practice such as in contracts, waivers, and various consents.
- Fixed schedule of Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM
- Overtime may be requested by the Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a PROFESSIONAL REGISTERED NURSE
- Required to have some experience as a Nurse, Company Nurse, Clinic Nurse, Community Nurse, or equivalent.
- Has a positive work attitude and good customer service skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Willing to work in Global City
