Job Description
The TRAINING SUPERVISOR provides administrative and technical support to the training team by leading his/her section in the effective design, research, and evaluation of training programs/activities and responding to the organization's long-term and immediate needs.
- Designs complete courses or programs with functional instructions, learning objectives, lesson plans, etc.
- Supervises staff in his/her section and delegates task for efficient and smooth operation
- Contributes in the departmental strategic planning and participate in the review, evaluation, and improvement of systems, procedures, as well as training tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical course (pref. BS Nursing)
- Preferably with masteral units/degree in the chosen field of expertise
- With strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong program facilitation and evaluation is needed
