Job Description
- The Commis II performs food storage, preparation and cooking of all food items while adhering to all Health and Food Safety principles as laid out by management and the hospital's Food Safety or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Control Point (HACCP) training documents. Demonstrates and helps maintain high levels of service that consistenly exceeds the expectations of doctors,patients and guests.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school Graduate
- At Least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in Hospital Dietary Cold kitchen production or in a Hotel, Restaurant Food & Beverage Department.
- NC 2 in Cookery or Baking is a plus
