- act as the point of contact for employees, clients and other external partners
- manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- be involved in the conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of HR-related programs
Minimum Qualifications
The Executive Assistant should have...
- a bachelor's degree in any field, preferrably related to human resources or social sciences (masteral degree is an advantage)
- at least 2-3 years performing secretarial/assistive work for a company executive
- above par computer and communication skills; can relate well with people across all levels
