Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description

  • The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to the assigned groups across all aspects of HR inncluding employee relations, executive coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, talent review, and succession planning,organization design, resource planning, learning and career development
  • Reporting to the Senior HR Business partner, the incumbent works with leaders from the assigned groups
  • To provide inputs to the development of people strategies and to translate the impact of these strategies thru measurable results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science courses or equivalent
  • May hold a Maste's or Doctorate degree in HR
  • at least seven (7) years of working experience in the different areas of Human Resources
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
