Operations Manager
Squadzip is growing and we are seeking to hire, and Operations Manager to help lead our Squad.
The operations manager will provide inspired leadership and oversight of Squadzip’s billing, operations, and administrative workflows. This involves influencing important policy and strategic decisions, monitoring service levels and team performance, development, and implementation of operational policies and procedures. The operations manager shall also look to continuously innovate, improve our existing operational processes and procedures as Squadzip scales it business beyond the Philippines.
The operations manager will also be assisting the human resources department with recruiting and working to help promote our company culture.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor Service Levels and Team Performance.
- Assist HR with recruiting.
- Help promote our company culture and values.
- Assist with planning and overseeing, budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in management (or a related field) and have prior experience in an operations/admin management, supervisory or leadership position.
