Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Basic knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle.
- Prepare a test plan by hearing the specifications of each project from team members.
- Reporting of test results and follow up on issue fixes.
- Responsible for the overall quality of the system ensuring that system will work as designed.
- Conducts Root Cause Analysis and provide solution for recurring issues.
- Knowledge in Function testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Define/recommend process improvements to meet current and future requirements/needs.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any Computer related field.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- A technical, logical thought process.
- The desire to learn and develop skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge in test automation.
