Job Description
Directly reports to: Head of Sales
The primary responsibility of the HR Technology Consultant is to learn all the key features of Sprout’s HR & Payroll software, and to translate those features into benefits to prospective clients. As a technology consultant, the role also covers the responsibility of learning about our clients’ strategic goals and current pain points and to create an opportunity to position Sprout as a desirable solution.
Tasks:
- Gain significant product knowledge of Sprout’s HR & Payroll software.
- Participate in consultative meetings with potential clients, with the aim of discovering strategic goals and uncovering pain points.
- Formulate an effective tactical sales plan by making use of the information obtained during the consultative meetings.
- Translate tactical sales plans into effective product presentations designed to position Sprout as a desirable solution.
- Negotiate with clients to produce a win-win deal.
- Close favorable and lucrative deals for Sprout.
- Maintain and input timely and accurate entries in Sprout’s customer database.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of selling experience, preferably in technology sales.
- Preferably a BS Psychology graduate, or a similar degree involving behavioral dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Highly sociable personality, must be willing to engage potential clients during events and gatherings.
- Must be willing to spend a significant amount of time out in the field doing sales meetings.
- A self-driven, highly motivated individual who is driven by sales targets and results on an individual and an organizational level.
