Job Description
Main Area of Responsibility:
The primary responsibility of the Graphic Designer is to work on marketing, social media, branding, communications, digital assets, advertising campaigns, logo designs, digital artwork, events, and much more.
- Identify new trends in design layout, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels;
- Key Metric/s - 1 design layout trend every week to share to weekly report every Monday
- Design, develop and strategize marketing collaterals including but not limited to social media, brand marketing, email marketing, media buying and other creative briefs that will aid the department;
- Represent the company by communicating a consistent brand image. Infuse brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print and across social media platforms;
- Key Metric/s: Be the champion for Brand book and guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and operations teams to produce elevated design solutions;
- Help maintain an organized, online archive of all marketing materials. Manage creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects;
- May be assigned to handle new projects from time to time or if the need arises;
- Other related digital marketing support, communication, and tasks that may be required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal skills. Required language(s): Filipino, English
- At least 3 to 4 year(s) of working experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
- Proficient in current design tools and software such as Adobe products. Excellent in graphic design, corporate communications, branding, web designing, social media, paid marketing and print materials
