Field Sales Associate  

The primary responsibility of a Field Sales Associate is to learn all the key features of Sprout’s HR & Payroll software, and to translate those features into benefits to prospective clients. The Field Sales Associate shall also act as a technology consultant whose aim is to learn about our clients’ strategic goals and current pain points, to create an opportunity to position Sprout as a desirable solution.

Tasks:

• Gain significant product knowledge of Sprout’s HR & Payroll software.
• Participate in consultative meetings with potential clients, with the aim of discovering strategic goals and uncovering pain points.
• Formulate an effective tactical sales plan by making use of the information obtained during the consultative meetings.
• Translate tactical sales plans into effective product presentations designed to position Sprout as a desirable solution.
• Negotiate with clients to produce a win-win deal.
• Close favorable and lucrative deals for Sprout.
• Maintain and input timely and accurate entries in Sprout’s customer database.

• At least 2 years of selling experience, preferably in technology sales.
• Preferably a BS Psychology graduate, or a similar degree involving behavioral dynamics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
• Highly sociable personality, must be willing to engage potential clients during events and gatherings.
• Must be willing to spend a significant amount of time out in the field doing sales meetings.
• A self-driven, highly motivated individual who loves to earn money, both for herself and for Sprout!
