Job Description
The Human Resources Planning and Management Specialist shall provide service and advice to Division/Units in the area of Human Resources, specifically, in:
- Organization Review and Design
- Organization Diagnosis
- Manpower Planning
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Compensation Management
- Payroll/Benefits Administration
- Employee Relations
- Labor Relations
- HRIS
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course,, preferably BS in Psychology, Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in Human Resources functions.
- With very good interpersonal skills.
- Can express ideas very well in various communication platform.
- Independent, reliable and can work with minimum supervision.
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in Valenzuela Plant.
