Accounting and Finance Officer  

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

• Answer email/requests of availability.
• Pass necessary journal entries and prepars cash trial and bank reconciliation statement.
• Ensure that necessary books of accounts like cash book, ledger etc. are prepared and compare with exchange bank statement.
• Manage account statements, reports, and other records.

CREDIT AND COLLECTION

• Monitor client accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.
• Monitor and encode sales invoice.
• Create and report accounts receivables per week.
• Collect receivables from clients.
• Deposit and update passbook.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Reconcile final bill claim with provisional bill claim at the end of the year
• Prepare checks for accounts payable.
• Check and compile receipts of accounts payable.
• Review and verify invoices and check requests.

MANAGEMENT OF FIXED ASSET

• Process documents for business assets issued to employees.
• Tag PPE.
• Transfer fixed assets.
• Check issued business tools from a resigned employee.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Monitor and update the inventory management of the company.
• Maintain and create accurate inventory documentation.
• Do the following:
  • SRS/MRS recording (excel file).
  • Inventory counting.
  • Compilation of accurate inventory.
  • Inventory reporting.

AUDIT AND ACCREDITATION

• Assist external auditor during audit.
• Provide supporting documents for auditing.

GOVERNMENTAL DOCUMENTS AND COMPLIANCE

• SSS/Philhealth payment.
• Renewal of permits (e.g., Mayor’s Permit, SEC Registration).

• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous.
• Subject for field works.
• Can be counted for overtime work.
